Terms and Conditions

Shipping will be done out of Canada, any orders unable to be shipped due to local laws will be refunded

All items are preorders, shipping will not begin until production of all items is completed and satisfactory. Delays outside of our control can contribute to longer wait times for shipping.

Any customs / fees / VAT / taxes / etc is the responsibility of the customer.

We will not be marking down or changing any information on customs forms for any international shipments.

Address changes must be made prior to shipping. We will be sending out announcements and emails prior to this.

All items purchased from this zine are for personal use only and not to be resold.

All artists and writers maintain ownership over their own pieces.

Returns and Refunds

No returns or exchanges will be granted. All sales are final post preorder period.

Replacements / refunds will be granted in the following circumstances:

- package doesn’t arrive due to mistake WE made (ie. WE entered wrong address)

- package arrives missing items or as the incorrect items / bundle

Replacements / refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:

- package doesn’t arrive due to YOU giving us the incorrect address

- package doesn’t arrive due to YOU failing to provide legal name / title (based on YOUR local laws)

- package doesn’t arrive due you YOUR failure to pay any applicable customs /import fees / VAT / taxes / etc

Extenuating circumstances:

For those in North America, shipment insurance is automatically added to your payment. For packages arriving damaged please video tape the package’s damages and the package being opened with no cuts to the footage. This gives us best chance to claim insurance.
